Dave Anderson

Dave shares some of his experience working with MJBA for over 25 years, highlighting the professional quality of the staff, team collaboration, and idea generation. He praises the company's mission to work with a structure and not work against it, and he recommends it to anyone who may be considering it.

“They know what they’re doing. They have the experience.“

Steve Martins - Ret. NDSU

Steve Martins, NDSU building committee member and another long-time partner of MJBA, credits MJBA with jumpstarting many of downtown Fargo's revitalization projects through the major success of the Renaissance Hall restoration project. He recognizes Mike's willingness to promote the client's vision and embrace the building's history.

“The Burns firm looked at it from the ground up and thought about this creatively as a one-time opportunity, and if it's a one-time opportunity, you darn well better do it right.”

Hilde Von Gijssel & Anita Tulp - Barnes County Library

Listen to Hilda and Anita as they give a truly heartfelt history of their Carnegie Library, the community's extraordinary impact, and the restoration of the building. Anita highlights the extra investigating MJBA performed to evaluate the rotunda, allowing it to be included in the project's scope. With roof repairs and work done to the rotunda, the library is now more weather resistant and will be able to serve future generations just like the ones before.

John, a retiree from Dakota Construction, is a long-time collaborator of MJBA and speaks highly of the community's give-back and the people of MJBA, who have always been the right people for the right job.

“To hire the right people sets you apart.”

Rich Whitcomb - CEO, Red River Valley Electric

Rich is the CEO of RRV Electric Coop, which provides energy for three counties in Minnesota. He appreciates the collaboration process and emphasizes the improvements to the building, how these changes better protect equipment, and how they make for a healthier, happier, and overall improved work environment for all staff.
