LLC-West provides 171 total beds in 24 -four-bedroom, 2-one bedroom and 73 studio units. Each unit has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and ample storage. All studios are handicapped adaptable and are accessible in accordance with ADA standards.

In order to create a “living/learning” environment, a large, divisible classroom was incorporated into the building. Strategically located lounges, studies, and recreation areas promote this social learning concept. Students are given the privacy of apartment style living, but also encouraged to socialize with their cohorts. Miscellaneous spaces include laundry rooms, recycling areas, vending, conference room, printing stations, and other support spaces. Each unit contains its own vertical fan-coil unit for maximizing individual HVAC comfort. Telecommunication, card access, and video surveillance systems were provided, as well as an A/V system infrastructure in meeting rooms for future expansion.
